Alert Types
| Alert Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Score Drop | Triggered when your compliance score decreases |
| Critical Score | Triggered when score falls below your configured threshold |
| Score Improvement | Notifies you when compliance score increases |
| Scan Failure | Alerts you if a scheduled scan fails to complete |
| New Critical Issue | Immediate alert when a new critical compliance issue is detected |
Notification Channels
- Email notifications — sent to your registered email
- In-app notifications — bell icon in the dashboard header
Configuring Alerts
- Go to Settings → Notifications in your dashboard
- Enable/disable individual alert types
- Set score thresholds for critical alerts
- Choose notification channels
Alerts are available on Pro and Enterprise plans and work together with Monitoring for comprehensive compliance tracking.
